Welcome to beautiful Clayton RV Park. We are glad to have you staying with us. Clayton RV Park has been around for many years. We are the proud new owners. The mature trees, lots of space, clear sky and amazing weather are just some of the wonderful things about our park. If you love to hunt, fish or are just passing through, we hope you enjoy our Rabbit Ear Mountain view in the distance and our amazing weather.
As others have mentioned, this is a nice place for an overnight stop. Full hookups with 50-amp was $40.00 with our Good Sam discount. It's easy to find, close to... read more the highway, but not close enough to be noisy. I left a message asking if we could check in early and received a text stating that it wasn't a problem. The owner sent codes for the restrooms, wifi, and a photo of our spot on the map. We didn't use the wifi because we have Starlink, which worked great. I can't speak to the condition of the restrooms; we didn't use them.

It was a good place to stop for the night. We came in after hours, Ashley made getting a site, how to get to it and an easy link to... read more pay on. Would stay here again. It has plenty of pull thrus for big rigs (we are 42 ft class A motorhome with a tow vehicle). Dirt & grass on the sites. Nothing fancy. We just needed to rest for the night. Quiet park. At&t and T-Mobile work there.

Lovely little RV park. Easy to get to, clean, and quiet. Dumping available at your site which is super convenient. Had a little park-small but would have been great to... read more use had it not been pouring rain! Grass was nice and trimmed. Sites a bit over grown bit had no impact on leveling and setting up. Other reviews mentioned new owners who are working to improve the area bit by bit. They are located super close to a Love’s gas station with easy to access diesel pumps with DEF. A smidge of an issue with checking in as the site we reserved was actually taken by what looked like a long term resident (site 28) but we just picked another site and let them know and it was not a problem. We would happily stay here again!

Older park but exceptionally well maintained and clean. Bathrooms are dated but freshly painted and clean. The park is huge so we were able to choose our site. Plenty of... read more grassy areas even at the end of August. Site was long and level gravel and the price was only $38 with Good Sam discount. We highly recommend this park.

One Nighter - As expected, this old KOA has water, sewer and electricity with no frills. They can accommodate any size rig and have tent sites. Had no interaction with staff... read more as office was closed. OK for one night. It was quiet and encountered no issues.

TQ - We’ve stayed here a couple of years on our way to Red River but this will most certainly be our last. This place has devolved into a squalid pit of... read more sketchy full timers living in crappy campers. There are stickers & burrs everywhere that you track into the camper and are hell to get out. You are supplied with a code to use the bath house...but you don’t need it as the door has no lock or latch of any kind leaving it open to any and all comers. Not exactly a secure environment. NOT a place for overnighters or any camper concerned about security. There’s a brand new place as you come into Clayton which we will use next time. STAY AWAY from Clayton RV park!!
